Exchanges & Refunds
Do you accept exchanges or returns?
Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings for hygiene and safety reasons. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@harperandcompany.ca within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. If the item was damaged during shipping, you may need to file a claim with the shipping carrier — but we’ll absolutely do our best to support you through the process and help however we can.
Why don’t you accept returns or exchanges?
Our earrings and other wearable products are considered personal items and are worn close to or in the body, which makes returns a health and hygiene risk. Additionally, each pair is handcrafted in small batches, and we cannot restock returned items.
Will my products look exactly like the product photos?
Not always — and that’s the beauty of handmade. Every piece is uniquely crafted by hand, so there may be slight variations in shape, colour, or pattern. These are not flaws, but part of what makes each pair special and one-of-a-kind.
Please note: We do not accept returns or refunds for items that are damaged due to improper care or handling or for minor imperfections.
